Art Ed Resource Showcase, How To Use

Why I Use These Low-Prep Independent Art Activity Centers To Wrap Up The School Year

April 24, 2015

At the end of the school year, I’m running low on supplies. I’m running low on prep time, too, because of all of the extra activities and end of year wrap up ceremonies, etc…

So, I came up with this idea of Centers to wrap up the year because I have most of my Art Room supplies put up and stored away for another year.

Set IV has four activities.

They are:
-Hatching/Cross Hatching Activity
-Doodling Exercise
-Symmetry Exercise
-Shading/Value Activity

This is the set that involves the least plan/prep time (although the other centers are pretty low prep, too!), so I usually plan to have them set up for the last week of instruction.
